JOB DESCRIPTION

• Be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team.
• Organize, plan, implement, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective to ensure the technical win.
• Participate in sales calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation.
• Provide first-level technical support for solution evaluations.
• Prepare functional requirements, and functional specifications and assist in the Project’s statement-of-work documents in support of system quotations
• High conformity working with sales teams.
• Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• >07 years of work experience, 02 years working as Presales/ Business Analyst/ Consultant in the IT field (Cloud Solutions, ITO, DX, …)
• Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites.
• Fluency in English (equivalent to TOEIC 750++)
