CMC CA allows you to issue seals anytime anywhere. The means of issuing seals are:

Private key and public key are stored on a USB token. The token needs to be connected to the computer upon issuing a seal.

Private key and public key are stored on HSM. User needs to register an account on the system. Log-in for issuing seals requires password and two-step authetication.
